SPR# ASHEC68DE4 - HEI - Fixed an issue where a newly installed version of HEI running as a service on Domino which is running as a service would not start giving either error about "Unable to create or operate on CSMGR Mutex / Unable to communicate with HEI control store manager" or "Unable to create shared memory. / Initialization failed". Workaround is to update SMACLAccess.ini in UTF 8/16 in data folder with user info - refer to KB article: https://support.hcl-software.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0093162 .
